Melanie was absolutely amazing! Being a military family, we have moved over a dozen times. She was not only knowledgeable and so accommodating, she is a good person. She has become a true friend! As soon as she realized my mother would be moving to town as well, she immediately began looking for her as well. We looked online for months and made a few trips out here, but the houses we liked were all ones she saw and thought we may like. We trusted her so much that when she found this one, we asked her to look it over for us and see if she thought it was good. She said she thought it would fit us perfectly and we bought it that day from Oklahoma! We still see each other weekly for lunch or bbqs or fireworks to just hang out! Melanie was more than a realtor, she became a friend. She was on top of everything! She went over anytime something was needed. We had already moved out of our home so she went over checked on it, turned on lights, checked on things all the time. She puts heart in sole in what she does. She loves her job and it shows. She assisted Aunt Rita with downsizing and preparing to move. Melanie is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialists, and with her training, she gave Rita the assistance that was needed during this stressful time. She was so calm and reassuring and was able to help my aunt stay focused and on task with preparing the home for inspections and the final walk-through. Rita couldn't have done it without her.
